FIET involves over 50 engineers, scientists, post docs and PhD students

Collaboration is a key feature of the FIET programme. Each project group involves more than one provider partner and, in addition, a Science Management Team, representing all provider partners, meets regularly to ensure co-ordination of effort across all projects. The research team for the first three years comprises 20 PhD students and 7 post-doctoral or research fellows, supported by 30 scientists and engineers across the six institutions.

Governance and Advisory

The FIET programme is governed by an independent Board and is supported by an Industrial and Te Roopu Maori Advisory Group.
